Baba Casino’s Refer a Friend Program ("Refer a Friend Program") allows you to earn rewards when you refer friends to play on Baba Casino.
These Terms of Use govern your participation in the Refer a Friend Program, including how you can share and promote it. In addition to these Terms of Use, your participation is also governed by Baba Casino’s Terms of Service, including our Play Rules, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Social Play Policy.
Acceptance of Refer a Friend Terms of Use and Modifications
Each time you invite a friend to Baba Casino, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You can earn rewards for up to 5 friends each month. We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. By continuing to participate in the Refer a Friend Program after updates are posted, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop participating in the program immediately.
Baba Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
To be eligible for rewards, you must:
- Have an active Baba Casino User Account that is not suspended or inactive.
- Not be voluntarily or involuntarily excluded from playing on Baba Casino.
- Comply with these Terms of Use and any additional terms that may apply to your participation.
If Baba Casino determines, at its sole discretion, that you are ineligible to participate, any rewards you have earned will be forfeited.
Invitation Requirements
For you to earn a reward, your invited friend must:
- Open a new account using your unique referral link (valid only for new accounts).
- Complete full account verification.
If your invited friend signs up without using your referral link, they will not be counted as an invited friend, and you will not receive a reward. Baba Casino’s records regarding invitations and rewards are final and binding.
Baba Casino reserves the right to reject any referred player’s registration at its sole discretion. Additionally, Baba Casino is not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked due to technical issues, fraud, or other reasons beyond our control. The invited friend must meet all Baba Casino eligibility requirements set forth in the Terms of Service, including the invited friend must not reside or be located in an excluded jurisdiction.
Fraud, Financial Crime, and Taxes
Baba Casino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or require the return of any rewards if it suspects fraud or violations of these Terms. You must comply with all applicable laws related to money laundering, financial crime, and fraud prevention.
All taxes related to your rewards are your responsibility. You are required to comply with any applicable tax regulations.
Marketing and Compliance
When sharing your referral link, you must ensure that your marketing efforts:
- Are professional, accurate, and lawful.
- Include all legally required disclosures, such as those outlined by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
You must not:
- Offer any rewards, incentives, or benefits for using your referral link.
- Register a user account or make purchases using your own referral link.
- Promote Baba Casino as a real-money gambling platform.
- Engage in misleading, offensive, or unlawful marketing practices.
- Use spam, unsolicited emails, or violate social media platform policies when promoting your referral link.
- Promote Baba Casino in an excluded jurisdiction.
If Baba Casino determines that you have violated these Terms, it may withhold or cancel your rewards.
Definitions
- Baba Casino: The social casino platform operated by Baba Entertainment Ltd.
- Refer a Friend Program Page: The official Baba Casino referral page where details of the program, rewards, and eligibility criteria are outlined.
- Invited Friend: A person who signs up using your referral link, creates a new account, completes full account verification.
- Link: A unique URL provided by Baba Casino to track and attribute invited friends.
- Required Activity: The specific actions an invited friend must complete to qualify for a referral reward.
- Reward: The incentive offered for a successful referral as stated on the Refer a Friend Program Page.
